August 20, 2004 Faculty and staff honors– Mamoru Ishii, Purdue's Walter Zinn Distinguished Professor of Nuclear Engineering and director of the Purdue Institute of Thermal Hydraulics, has received the 2003 Life Achievement Award in multiphase flow research from the Japanese Society for Multiphase Flow.
