August 10, 2004 Purdue Convocations announces amendments to 2004-05 seasonWEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Changes in artists touring schedules have forced Purdue Convocations to make amendments to its 2004-05 season. Indian sitar player Ravi Shankar will perform at 7 p.m. on Sept. 26 in Loeb Playhouse instead of the previously publicized time of 3 p.m. The Claremont Trio, initially scheduled to perform on Feb. 10, will instead perform at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 24 in Stewart Center's Fowler Hall. Opera Verdi Europa will be presenting Verdi's "Aida" instead of the previously scheduled "Otello." The performance – at 3 p.m. on April 3 in the Elliott Hall of Music – is the same date, time and location as the originally scheduled show. Ticket holders unable to attend one of these shows at the new time or date may return tickets to a campus box office for a full refund through Sept. 10. Refunds will be issued back to the credit card used to purchase or a check will be mailed to the ticket purchaser.
