July 28, 2004 Consumer and Family Sciences selects outstanding seniorsWEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. The Purdue University School of Consumer and Family Sciences' Alumni Association selected five graduating seniors to receive the annual outstanding senior award. Each year the association recognizes a senior in each department who not only has strong academic credentials but also has demonstrated leadership and potential for future contributions to their chosen field. Departmental faculty committees choose the students. The seniors receive a cash award, a pen desk set and recognition on a plaque in Stone Hall on the Purdue campus. The award recipients were recognized at a banquet.
