Faculty honor

John Larson, professor of history, has been appointed a Barra Postdoctoral Fellow at the McNeil Center for Early American Studies in Philadelphia. Larson, who studies U.S. political and early national history and U.S. business history, is the author of "Bonds of Enterprise: John Murray Forbes and Western Development in America's Railway Age."
