AT&T gift supports technology in classroomAT&T executives will present Purdue University with a $250,000 check to advance the use of technology in the classroom. University President Martin C. Jischke and School of Education Dean Marilyn Haring will accept the check at a ceremony at 10:30 a.m. Monday (10/23) in the Division 21 Conference Room, 7th floor, Liberal Arts and Education Building. The two-year grant totaling $250,000 provides funds to advance the School of Education's ongoing exploration of using technology to its fullest potential in U.S.classrooms. The funds also will support a digital library featuring case studies that will help Purdue students improve their problem-solving skills.
