September 22, 2000 Faculty and staff honors– John Zimbrick, professor of health sciences at Purdue, has been named a Fellow of the Health Physics Society, a scientific and professional organization whose members specialize in occupational and environmental radiation safety. Zimbrick, a specialist in radiation biophysics, received the honor for his significant contributions to the field of health physics.
