Anger management – before it escalates

• How can we manage conflict in the workplace?

• What can we do when our boss or leader verbally or physically abuses us?

• How should we react to a co-worker who has a problem with his or her temper?

• What can we chalk up to having a bad day, and when do we make the determination that someone has crossed the line?

• What are the early indictors of violence?
