New training for pesticide applicatorsThe most extensive changes in the past 20 years in the training of pesticide applicators will affect about 17,000 farmers across Indiana who have pesticide applicator permits. Purdue Extension Service specialists will conduct a news briefing about the changes at 10 a.m. Friday, May 19, in Room 116 of the Whistler Hall of Agricultural Research at Purdue.
