Among the highlights: The initial launching of the Purdue Ag Alumni radio-controlled mini-blimp, a NASCAR race car on display, and NASCAR simulators in which state and local officials will race against each other. The "official fuel" of the fish fry will be breaded pork tenderloins, a menu change introduced last year in support of pork producers facing low hog prices.
