October 22, 1999 Civil engineering sponsoring Indy gathering WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – The Purdue University School of Civil Engineering is sponsoring an alumni reception from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday (10/26) at the Holiday Inn North in Indianapolis. Civil engineering faculty, alumni and students are expected to attend the informal, after-work gathering. Vince Drnevich, department head, and Richard Schwartz, dean of engineering, will be there to talk about recent and upcoming changes in the department.
