April 23, 1999 Continuing engineering education course offered WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- A continuing engineering education course about shop-floor control and scheduling will be broadcast over the Indiana Higher Education Telecommunications System from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. May 21 and 22. The course will originate from Room 268 in the Potter Engineering Center. The course, sponsored by Purdue's Office of Continuing Engineering Education, will cover basic approaches to shop-floor control and scheduling in discrete parts manufacturing industries.
