Fans should note parking options
for basketball celebration
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- With an overflow crowd expected this afternoon (Wednesday,
3/31) for the celebration recognizing the Purdue University women's basketball team
national championship, fans driving to campus should be aware of parking options
for the 5:30 p.m. event in Mackey Arena.
Weekday campus parking restrictions will be lifted at 5 p.m. for surface lots and
the Northwestern Avenue, University, Marsteller and Wood streets garages, and the
gates of the Grant Street Parking Garage will be up to allow free parking there,
as well.
Doors to Mackey Arena are open all day, and seating is on a first-come basis.
