CONFERENCES

** Wednesday-Friday, Jan. 7-9. The Heartland Wine School. Classes on the Purdue campus are designed for commercial winemakers and advanced amateur winemakers. It teaches practical wine science and production techniques in a hands-on format to improve wine products and winery operations. Registration is $200 on a first-come, first-served basis.
