Purdue offers telecourse about the Internet

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- Getting to know the information highway will be featured through "Using the Internet and the Web for a Competitive Edge: Introductory & Advanced Techniques," a telecourse sponsored by the Continuing Engineering Education from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, May 5 and 6, in Potter Engineering Center.

The first day will cover an overview of the Internet and the World Wide Web. The second day will focus on building effective Web sites.
