June 18, 2003 New Purdue student government leaders electedWEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Matt Morgan, a junior from LaPorte, Ind., who is enrolled in the School of Liberal Arts, is the new president of Purdue Student Government. Sara Venn, a senior from Dansville, Mich., who is enrolled in the Schools of Engineering will serve as vice president for the 2003-04 school year. Morgan served as PSG treasurer the past two years, and Venn previously served as PSG chief of staff. More than 4,500 students voted in the election, which is twice the number that voted last year.
