January 28, 2003 Purdue to host computer workshop WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – A two-day workshop on numerical methods in computational mechanics will be Feb. 20-21 at Purdue University. The workshop, which is primarily for professionals and students in the fields of science and computational mathematics, will be in Stewart Center, Room 206. Registration is $50 for professionals, and includes a banquet and all other meals except lunch. There is no charge for students, but there is a $25 fee if they wish to attend the banquet. Registration forms are available online. Completed forms along with payment must be received by Feb. 9 and should be sent to: Business Office, Conference Division, Purdue University, 128 Memorial Mall, Stewart Center Room 110, West Lafayette IN 47907-2034.
