Purdue president heads west to discuss campaign, strategic plan

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Purdue University President Martin C. Jischke will be making two stops in Arizona to visit with friends and alumni, as well as to discuss the university's strategic plan and its $1.3 billion fund-raising effort.

Jischke's first stop will be in Tucson from 6-9 p.m. on Jan. 17 at the Ventana Canyon Golf and Racquet Club. Guests will have the opportunity to discuss the president's message about the university's strategic plan and The Campaign for Purdue, as well as visit university displays and attend dinner. The cost is $20 per person.

On Jan. 18, Jischke will arrive in Phoenix and be on hand to visit with guests from 6-9 p.m. at the Phoenix Art Museum. In addition to his address, the program will include university displays and an hors d'oeuvre reception. The cost is $15 for adults and free for children under 6.
