Purdue Theatre to hold children's auditions for 'To Kill a Mockingbird'

WEST LAFAYETTE – Children from the Greater Lafayette community are invited to audition for Purdue Theatre's February mainstage production of "To Kill a Mockingbird."

Auditions will take place from 4-6:30 p.m. Wednesday (10/9) in the Experimental Theatre, Stewart Center. Children's roles are available for boys 14 and under and girls 12 and under.

Richard Stockton Rand, associate professor of theatre, will direct the theatrical adaptation of the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel by Harper Lee. Rehearsals begin Jan. 13, and performances will run from Feb. 21 through March 1.
