Media availability on the impact of delayed spring planting scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday (5/8) in Noblesville, Ind.

WHAT: Excessive spring rains have kept most Indiana farmers out of the fields, and the delay in planting is now causing farmers to make some critical decisions.

WHO: A panel of Purdue University experts will be on hand at the Purdue Extension Office in Hamilton County to answer news media questions regarding the options for farmers and the potential statewide economic implications.

WHEN: Wednesday, May 8, 10 a.m.
