Tickets for Purdue students, faculty and staff will be on sale Thursday, Feb. 21, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Purdue students may sign up for a place in the ticket lottery via Purdue's SSINFO system. Purdue faculty and staff may sign up through the Purdue Convocations Web site from 8 a.m. Friday (2/15) through midnight Monday (2/18).

The pop-rock band is on tour in support of their new Interscope Records release and fifth album, "Rock Steady." No Doubt includes vocalist Gwen Stefani, Tom Dumont on guitar, Tony Kanal on bass and Adrian Young on drums.

At the heart of the quartet's 15-year musical journey is a sound, a style and a sensibility that celebrates their enduring bond with millions of fans worldwide. The sound of "Rock Steady" signals a return to some of the key creative elements that have made No Doubt one of today's most popular and enduring bands.

"It's the hardest thing in the world just to be simple, to let the music and the words speak for what you're feeling, and, hopefully, to share that feeling," Stefani says. "And the feeling we all shared on this album turned out to be pretty simple, too. We were in a good mood."

The opening band for the evening will be The Faint.

The concert is presented by Purdue Student Concert Committee in cooperation with JAM Productions.
