Developing solutions for poverty, tackling homelessness and supporting groundbreaking reading programs in local schools … United Way of Greater Lafayette is right there, helping build extraordinary futures for many, and we need your support.
For the past 23 years Purdue’s United Way campaign has helped our community connect, educate and involve students, faculty, staff and retirees in the care and nurturing of our local community.
United Way of Greater Lafayette’s goal this year is $4.7 million. Purdue needs to raise $745,000 of this amount. Please make a donation again this year or give for the first time, to assure the important work of United Way of Greater Lafayette will continue.
If you are interested in giving at a leadership level, a grant from the Indiana Association of United Ways and the Lilly Endowment, will match every new or increased unrestricted dollar contributed through the Vanguard program dollar for dollar. Please see the “vanguard” link for more information on this Matching program!
Local families, individuals, children and the elderly benefit greatly from your gift. The work these agencies do, and the support they give to those in need of a helping hand, go a long way toward keeping our community safe, secure, and a very special place to live.
“Building Extraordinary Futures” - together we can make this happen! If you have questions about Purdue’s United Way campaign we would be delighted to talk with you.
Very truly yours,
Maryann Santos de Barona
