- host job fairs
- attend executive education programs
- start a matching-gift program. Many companies encourage employees to be philanthropic by matching employees' gifts to colleges and universities. Most companies match dollar for dollar, and some will even match 2:1 or 3:1. Purdue receives about $2 million each year in matching gifts. For details, click here …
