April 2008 Training Sessions

The Affirmative Action Office and Human Resource Services Employment are pleased to again offer the university community a series of sessions designed to assist supervisors in refining their hiring skills and employee retention.

Three sessions, Conducting Quality Interviews, A Guide to Reference Checking, and Diversity in Employment, are offered in one afternoon so that those interested in participating may attend one, two, or all three of the sessions.

Conducting Quality Interviews

Designed to provide Purdue supervisors with the tools to plan for and conduct candidate interviews, this session will highlight interview practices that will assist in making strong selection decisions.
