We are in the process of assessing our current new employee orientation program and are seeking your assistance. The contents of our New Employee Orientation include the following concepts; •The philosophy of HFS, including Basic Principles and Strategic Framework •Knowledge of specific laws, rules, and policies •Ensure learning of communication, teamwork, and customer service •The big picture of HFS and how their role/position fits into the big picture Are there any additional concepts or topics that should be covered?
