Egencia Corporate Travel is a full-service travel agency providing a powerful set of online tools to book air, hotel and car rental for business trips, as well as 24/7 agent service. In addition, all Purdue travel contracts and discounts with airlines and car rentals are incorporated into the booking tool and will automatically be applied to price quotes from those vendors.

The Egencia Corporate Travel (ECT) site is an online booking system that adds business management capability to Expedia.com's leisure travel platform. ECT is ready to help you plan and book your next business trip, whether you book online or through one of ECT's corporate travel agents.

How do I use ECT for Business Travel?
ECT is Not to be Used for Booking Combined Business/Personal or Personal Trips
Egencia Corporate Travel (ECT) should not be used for personal trips or trips that combine personal with business travel. For personal and/or vacation travel bookings, we encourage you to continue to use your personal choice of booking systems.
Getting Started
1. Please register to create your new Egencia Corporate Travel (CTA) account. This is a one-time process that will allow you to set up your user name and password for ECT.
2. Click "My Profile" in the yellow bar at the top of any page to add your name (as it appears on your Purdue paycheck, please!), preferences, frequent flyer program numbers, and other personal information. 3. It's that easy. As soon as the Purdue Travel Office validates you as a Purdue employee, you will receive an email confirming that your account has been activated and is ready for use.
Be sure to review the Traveler's Quick Start Guide and Traveler's Manual provided in the "Traveler Center" found on your ECT home page. Both are quick links and provide answers to many questions regarding booking procedures and available tools on the Egencia Corporate site.
