The Purdue University Police Department is investigating reported case of burglary at 27 N. Russell St., Alpha Chi Rho, and the current investigation is ongoing. The report was made on 2-13-16, 23:18 hours. An arrest has not been made. If you have any information regarding this investigation, please contact the police department at 765-494-8221 or report this anonymously at 1-866-818-2620. UPDATE: The investigation has determined that a burglary did not occur. Rather this incident has been reclassified as that of trespassing and vandalism.
Do not leave doors unlocked, even if you are only gone for a short duration. If you find an unexplained open/broken window or door do not enter - the perpetrator may still be inside. Note the descriptions of any suspicious persons. Report all suspicious activity to police immediately.
