- Establishes program goals and objectives based on student needs/interests and SWO's mission/capabilities in the area of alcohol, tobacco, and other drug (ATOD) education.
- Utilizes a variety of methods, such as social marketing, group presentations, and special events, to carry out the ATOD education program
- Provides continuous program evaluation
- Collaborates with other professionals at the local, state, regional, and national levels
- Provides technical assistance for students, faculty, and staff
Miranda Gick

- Performs general secretarial duties in support of SWO staff
- Performs primary receptionist duties for the SWO office
- Provides office management, including business functions such as inventory control and financial report monitoring
- Provides supervision for student clerical staff
- Provides technical support for web site management

Sexual Health Education Coordinator (Since August 2012)

- Provides group presentations and individual sessions on sexual health topics, including sexually transmitted disesases, contraception, and safer sex
- Coordinates the condom distribution program
- Conducts campaigns for national sexual and reproductive health observances
- Provides technical assistance to students and others for personal and academic purposes

- Participates in campus/community outreach and advocacy related to alcohol and other drugs
- Convenes the Campus Community Bar Retail Coalition
- Participates in activities of the Drug-Free Coalition of Tippecanoe County, Indiana Collegiate Action Network, and other groups and organizations focused on substance use and abuse prevention
- Monitors and responds to external funding opportunities at the local, state, and federal levels
- Provides technical assistance on campus and beyond

- Supports the project team, ISDH Office of Women's Health, and project constituents in carrying out campus sexual violence primary prevention in Indiana

- Conducts individual nutrition consultations and education for diseases, disorders, weight management, healthy eating, and sports nutrition.
- Coordinates nutrition awareness campaigns, including Eating Disorders Awareness and Prevention Week, National Nutrition Month, American Heart Month, and American Diabetes Month
- Provides group presentations on a variety of nutrition topics.
- Provides technical assistance on preventive and therapeutic nutrition education for students, staff, and faculty
