PVM Online Continuing Education (CE) Opportunities
Purdue Veterinary Medicine is an authorized provider of Continuing Education for Veterinarians and Veterinarian Technicians. Courses are offered through Purdue University Campus Blackboard. Participants must take a quiz after each online presentation in order to obtain CE credits. Once a participant has received a score of 80% or better on the quiz, they can print a sheet with the score and the words: “You have successfully earned 1.0 hour of continuing education credit from Purdue Veterinary Medicine.” Participants can take each quiz up to 3 times. Course fees are $40 for each 1 CE credit course. Course topics are listed below. Click on the course title to get an additional course description and registration information.

Graduate Certificate Program in Veterinary Homeland Security
The Veterinary Homeland Security Graduate Certificate Program is designed to meet the needs of individuals involved in animal-related emergency response. Individuals with expertise in veterinary medicine, public health, animal science or homeland security are encouraged to participate. APHIS has declared the curriculum in compliance with National Animal Health Emergency Management System (NAHEMS) Guidelines.

This web-based course is offered to high school and undergraduate students.
