Leadership Program Graduation
Congratulations to the first class of staff members to complete the School’s new Leadership Training Program.The program was developed by a committee that included veterinary staff members and Connie Reckowsky of Purdue’s Human Resource Services. Nine staff members completed the program, which included sessions on “The Fred Factor” by Mark Sanborn, which teaches four principles for achieving excellence in the workplace; “Building a House for Diversity,” and the Myers Briggs personality test. The graduates, who each received a certificate of completion, are:
