Internal Task Force
President Córdova and Executive Vice President Diaz formed an internal Task Force to engage in a targeted assessment of University processes, practices, policies, organizational structures and systems. The task force will also develop implementation plans while working closely with University departments. The task force will share these assessments with the executive sponsors, who will utilize the Steering Committee for guidance and insight.
