Purdue University brings in many different guest lecturers to talk about sustainability/environmental topics from around the world. Along with bringing lecturers in, students are made aware of other green panels that are currently taking place. Highlighted here are a couple of those guest lectures/panels that students have either witnessed or been made aware of:

Along with having guest lecturers come in to speak about their knowledge about what is happening in the world of sustainability, Purdue holds a Green Week every year that allows students to do hands on activities to help benefit the community. This week usually includes an alternative transportation expo, a farmers market, a keynote lecture, a tree planting activity, along with many more things to do during the week.
