Several Purdue University student organizations actively participate in different areas related to sustainability:

Agriculture Student Council

Electric Vehicle Club

The Purdue Electric Vehicle Club is to encourages the development, knowledge-base and enthusiasm towards electric vehicles by students and the community by hosting electric vehicle events, cruises and aiding it's members in converting their own vehicles to electric.

Engineers for a Sustainable World

Engineers for a Sustainable World at Purdue University is committed to forging innovative, lasting solutions to local and global sustainability challenges by partnering technical resources to develop sustainable solutions for community demands, promoting sustainability awareness, and forming dynamic partnerships between students, academia, professionals, and the greater Lafayette community. Visit their Facebook Page

Environmental Science Club

The Environmental Science Club is a student organization looking to increase the education, awareness, and community involvement of its members, while fostering a positive social setting. Environmental Science and Engineering GSO

The Ecological Sciences and Engineering Interdisciplinary Graduate Program Graduate Student Organization is an organization that consists of all students engaging in research or pursuing an advanced degree in the Ecological Sciences and Engineering Interdisciplinary Graduate Program at Purdue University.

Heifer International, Purdue Chapter

Net Impact (Undergraduate)

Net Impact (Graduate)

The mission of Net Impact (Graduate Students) at Purdue is to raise awareness of and participation in socially, economically, and environmentally responsible activities that inspire and challenge Purdue MBAs to incorporate sustainable values into business decisions and practice.

Purdue Energy Forum

The Purdue Energy Forum is comprised of student members interested in finding solutions for the energy challenges found in society; focusing on any aspect of energy generation, transportation, and usage. Visit their Facebook Page

Purdue Engineering Student Council

The purpose of the Purdue Engineering Student Council, is to promote communication and cooperation among students in the College of Engineering, to serve Purdue Engineering Students at the campus, regional, and national levels, to provide youth with the opportunity to explore engineering, and to promote professional growth among engineers. Purdue Science Student Council

Purdue Student Farm Club

Purdue Student Sustainability Council

The Purdue Student Sustainability Council is composed of representatives from various Purdue University student organizations active in the sustainability arena. Its mission is to promote the ideal of a living laboratory, further communication, cooperation and collaboration between member organizations and others, and advise the University Sustainability Council and Purdue University. The purpose of the Society of Environmental and Ecological Engineers is to provide a link between students, faculty, administrators and alumni in efforts to increase awareness and growth of environmental engineering.

Students Growing Sustainable Communities

Students Growing Sustainable Communities is an organization expanding sustainability in communities through hands-on service projects. A multidisciplinary, project-oriented approach allows participants to drive sustainability forward.

US Green Building Council Student Group

USGBC Stduent Group is a group of students dedicated to promoting environmentally sustainable building practices across the Purdue University community.
