Discoveries in Biology - Human Biology

Air goes in and out, blood goes round and round, any variation on this is a bad thing. If this is your philosophy, DIBs on Human Biology is the place for you! With a focus on the science of the human body, this Learning Community will explore careers in healthcare and the science and treatment of human diseases. Last year, these students had a great time at the IU School of Medicine tour, complete with a hands-on visit to the cadaver lab!

Discoveries in Biology - Flora and Fauna

Do you love critters or care about the environment? DIBs on Flora and Fauna will explore plants, animals and their place in ecosystems. We’ll investigate careers in vet medicine, conservation, research into plant and animal genetics and physiology, and so much more. Last year, these students toured the zoo, where they met a young wallaby and took a photo with a boa constrictor!
