Move-In Coordinator

General Description: The Move-In Coordinator (MC) is a position that is vital to the success of Boiler Gold Rush (BGR). In addition to all of the duties of a Team Supervisor, the MC is in charge of the logistical duties of move-in in the respective Residence Hall to which each is assigned.

 

Duties include all of the duties listed on the Team Supervisor description as well as the following:

 

 

Transfer Transition Coordinator 

General Description: The Transfer Transition Coordinator (TTC) is a new position which will help with the new transfer program being added to the BGR program.  In addition to all of the duties of a Team Supervisor, the TTC will be responsible for working with Team Leaders of Transfer Only groups as well as attending and facilitating transfer events held throughout BGR.

 Duties include all of the duties listed on the Team Supervisor description as well as the following:

Team Supervisor

General Description: The Boiler Gold Rush (BGR) Team Supervisor position is a mid-level leadership role that enhances the BGR program in numerous ways. The Team Supervisors act as liaisons between the Team Leaders and the Student Orientation Committee. Each Team Supervisor will supervise and train a group of Team Leaders and will conduct team meetings, icebreakers, socials, and troubleshoot any issues in the Residence Halls or with the Off Campus (O.C.) team.

 

Duties include are but not limited to:

 ·         Attend all Team Supervisor trainings, retreats and Mentor meetings (one on ones), along with Team Leader callouts, interviews, trainings and Team meetings.

General Description:
The Boiler Gold Rush (BGR) Team Leader position is an entry-level leadership role. These individuals will act as mentors and role models for new students attending the BGR program. The Team Leaders will be divided up by residence hall and will live within or near the residence hall in which they are assigned. The Team Leader is responsible for helping to make their group of first-year students' experience during BGR a fun, eventful, and informational week by conducting icebreakers, team builders and REACTION discussions.
