ID Card Attendance Tracking

Click link and sign-in with your career account. Select your session and date. While cursor is in the final box, allow student to swipe their PUID card. When their name appears at the bottom, they have successfully signed-in for your session.

Schedule Change Request Form

First, try to find another qualified leader who can substitute for you. Click link and sign-in with your career account. Complete the form, with substitute if possible. After the Assistant Director has approved your request, you will receive an email.
