SSTA Importance & Satisfaction Survey of Services Provided

We request a single response from each supported area. The intent is to receive a response that represents the view of the management team of each area.
 
The results of this survey will be used for three major purposes:
  1. To identify the gaps for areas of high importance where satisfaction is an issue. Consideration will be given to making improvements in those areas, which may require additional input from our supported areas to fully identify this need.
  2. To identify any services or programs provided that have little importance for all areas. Consideration will be given to their discontinuance if they will not introduce risk or do not provide a benefit to the University.
  3. To identify if there are any services we are not providing that would be worth pursuing on behalf of our supported areas.
