BANNER Student Data System
Access to student data requires certification in FERPA, GLBA, Protecting SSNs, Data Security, Printed Data and Electronic Data. Failure to recertify both FERPA and GLBA annually will result in your Banner access being locked until certifications are completed. Certifications that have expired for 1 year will result in Banner access being removed and you will be required to have a new access request processed in addition to being certified.
