2006-07 Previous Experiences & Accomplishments

 

  1. Implemented a new SSTA Services Satisfaction Survey for supported Dept. Heads which now measures our supported customers’ satisfaction at three levels:
    • Dept Heads: Services Important & Satisfaction Survey = 4.45/5.00 with a (.19) gap
    • Dept. Coordinators: SSTA Staff Satisfaction = 4.73/5.00
    • Dept Staff: SSTA Support Incident Satisfaction = 4.78/5.00
  2. Oversaw VPSS Identity & Security Initiatives Plan to 97% completion of nearly 500 items.
  3. Led Balanced Score Card planning, update, & tracking as part of the new SSTA Strategic Plan
  4. SMARTcomputing Program development as part of cross campus group:
    • Top level Advisory Group
    • Co-Lead of Cost Model group
    • Participated in Hardware/Software group
  5. Lead a cross campus ad hoc group in an investigative effort of electronic communication needs which culminated in a recommendation presentation to the IT Exec. Steering Committee to fund and staff a project to pilot an enterprise electronic communications management and notification system.
  6. Consulted on Rec Sports new RecTrak system which has culmination in Phase I production.
  7. Consulted on Student Hospital Lab Information System which culminated in production.
  8. Involved with following cross-campus efforts:
    • SST Steering Committee
    • DCM/AITL Joint Committee
    • IT Security Officer representative of Student Services
    • Purdue Security Contact representative of Student Services for IT Security incidents
    • IT Communications Network representative of Student Services
    • ITI Exec Dir of Networks & Security search committee
