RECORD OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
- As Chair of NASFAA's Electronic Services Advisory Committee for the 1995-96 year, Received NASFAA's "Committee of the Year" award in July, 1996.
- Received the Western Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators' "Special Recognition" award in May, 1996.
- Integrated use of the Institutional Quality Control Pilot Project (IQCPP) in all aspects of aid administration; received the model IQCPP award in 1990.
- Received the Institutional Model of Quality Award at NASFAA conference, July 1991.
- Project leader for the design, development and installation of FAVORS (Financial Aid Voice Response System)
- Member of project team for developing an integrated admissions/financial aid/housing application, and designed a preliminary financial aid estimate system to support the application.
- Member of project team for developing a dial-in electronic admissions and early-financial aid application.
