Password

A password is associated with your account to protect your privacy. You should change this password on a regular basis and whenever you suspect your password might have been compromised. For help creating a strong password, please see the SecurePurdue password tips page.

There are several ways to change your Purdue Career Account password:

• Use the SecurePurdue web page by choosing the "Changing My Password" link located on the right hand side of the page.
• Visit an ITaP PC lab with a swipe keyboard, swipe your Purdue ID through the keyboard, and complete the Account Summary program
• Complete a Form #10 in the ITaP Customer Service Center
• Contact your departmental proxy for assistance in changing your password.

Your new password will be applied to all accounts where your Purdue Career Account login and password are used including the ITaP instructional labs, @purdue.edu email, exchange email, SSINFO, ECN and PAL access.
