Eligibility

All Purdue students, faculty, and staff receive a base set of Purdue Career Accounts. This includes all full and part-time faculty and staff, including the regional campuses.

Students
All current Purdue students, including regional campus students, are eligible for a base Purdue Career Account (PCA). Base access includes the following services:

Students registered and taking classes in a given semester at the West Lafayette and State-wide Tech campuses are eligible to use the West Lafayette instructional services. This includes:

For newly registered West Lafayette and State-wide Tech students, access to these services is normally available one month prior to your first semester at Purdue University. Students must be registered for classes before full access can be granted.

Faculty and Staff
All current Purdue faculty and staff members, including regional faculty and staff, are eligible for a base Purdue Career Account (PCA). Base access includes the following services:

West Lafayette and State-Wide Technology faculty and staff are eligible to use the West Lafayette instructional services. This includes:

For new faculty and staff, Purdue Career Accounts are created after employees receive their first paycheck. New faculty and staff that require access to these services prior to their start date may request their department's business office file a Request for Privileges form with Human Resources (HR) in order to activate these services ahead of time. Additional Services

Research Access:For Purdue affiliates performing research activity, Research Computing offers access to a variety of computing resources. Please contact the Rosen Center for Advanced Computing for additional information.

Department Access:Many of the Academic Departments at Purdue also use the Purdue Career Account in order to access departmental systems. Please contact the department directly for additional information.
