Obtaining Your Account

There are several ways to obtain your Purdue Career Account information:

• Swipe your card through any ITaP PC with a swipe keyboard, and use the Account Summary program to access your Purdue Career Account login and set your password. See http://www.itap.purdue.edu/tlt/lab/about.cfm for additional information about the on-campus labs, including locations and schedules.
• Bring your Purdue ID or a picture ID to the ITaP Customer Service Center in STEW 068. The consultants will help you get your account information.
• Incoming students and off-campus students may set their Purdue career account password, and determine their account information through the http://www.ssinfo.purdue.edu/ site.
• Faculty and staff may also contact their departmental proxy for assistance with obtaining their Purdue career account information. Each departmental proxy has the ability to update information about each person in their department, including their password information.
• Regional campus faculty and staff may contact their local regional campus help desk for assistance in obtaining their Purdue Career Account.
