IT Policies and Best Practices
The ITaP Security and Policy (ITSP) group facilitates the development of University information security policies and consults on information security compliance activities under federal, state, and local law.
Purdue University information security best practices are those steps that you can take on our own to help secure the IT resources that you use. Best practices are not usually related to any particular University information security policy, but are instead a combination of tips, tools, and techniques that you can use to learn more about information security and protect your resources and data.
