The GEAR UP (Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs) Summer Scholarship was designed to increase the number of low-income students prepared to enter and succeed in college.

It pays for:

• Basic preparatory courses during the summer semester before you begin college
• Summer courses after your freshmen year to make sure you stay on track to graduate on time
