The School of Nursing has summer wellness screening appointments.

Appointments are available at the following times and locations:

* June 2, 23, 30. 8:15-11:20 a.m. and 1-3:20 p.m. Johnson Hall of Nursing, Room B-5.

* June 16. 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 1-3:30 p.m. Johnson Hall of Nursing, Room B-5.

As part of their Purdue benefits, official Purdue retirees and their spouses/same-sex domestic partners may receive one free wellness screening per calendar year. Screenings include blood pressure, height, and weight checks and the finger-stick procedure for total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol (good), and glucose (blood sugar). Fasting is not required, but is preferred.

Retirees must bring their PUID at the time of the screening. Spouses/same-sex domestic partners will need the retiree’s PUID to obtain a free screening.
