Effective July 1, 2006, all IRB applications must be submitted through IPFW's Office of Research, and not directly to the
IRB. The IRB will not act on any application from IPFW staff without ORES endorsement. Questions regarding this requirement

All protocols and requests for revision of protocols for the West Lafayette campus only must be given to
Sue Phebus who will forward them to the IRB. This includes exempt,
expedited, and full review protocols whether or not they are using Psych
120 participants. Questions should be directed to Sue Phebus
