IPFW Faculty
Effective July 1, 2006, all IRB applications must be submitted through IPFW's Office of Research, and not directly to the IRB. Department of Psychological Sciences - West Lafayette Campus
All protocols and requests for revision of protocols for the West Lafayette campus only must be given to Sue Phebus who will forward them to the IRB. This includes exempt, expedited, and full review protocols whether or not they are using Psych 120 participants. Questions should be directed to Sue Phebus 765-494-6945.
