OVPR Events

The ‘blitz’ is not just for students; it is for anyone that cares about the quality of our local Indiana streams and rivers. Bring your neighbors, bring your kids, invite the scouts or church youth group! This is a wonderful opportunity to highlight the “community” aspect of our Water Community.

Join WREC, Purdue University, Wabash River RC&D and other volunteers to sample 250+ stream sites on Friday, April 15th from 3-5 pm. Volunteers will be staged at one of four locations: north (Beck Agricultural Center), south (Tippecanoe SWCD office), west (Cicott Park, Independence), and now east in Wildcat Creek.
