The Social Entrepreneurship and Education Consortium (SEEC) North American Workshop is planned at Stewart Center Friday, April 3. The workshop will address Social Entrepreneurship: Education, Research, and Partnership.

April 4. 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Discovery Park's Burton D. Morgan Center for Entrepreneurship. Twelve teams from across the country compete in the National Idea-to-Product Competition for Social Entrepreneurship. Sponsors are the Social Entrepreneurship and Education Consortium, National Collegiate Inventors and Innovators Alliance, Kauffman Foundation, and a National Science Foundation grant through the University of Texas, Austin. Winners advance to the Global Idea-to-Product Competition, which is scheduled for November at the University of Texas in Austin.
