Climate policy panel, “Realistic Climate Solutions: Addressing Climate Change From the Local to the Global Scale,” moderated by Professor Leigh Raymond (Political Science) with California Assembly member Eduardo Garcia, co-sponsor of the bill to renew California’s groundbreaking cap and trade program through 2030; former Congressman Robert Inglis, Executive Director of RepublicEN, dedicated to promoting “free enterprise solutions” to climate change; former Mayor of Indianapolis, Greg Ballard; and Janet McCabe, Professor of Practice at the Indiana University McKinney School of Law and Assistant Director for Policy and Implementation at IU’s Environmental Resilience Institute.
