Description

Anupama Bhagwat is one of the leading exponents of the sitar and is widely acclaimed for her sensitive and erudite rendition. Anupama’s repertoire of performances world-wide span major universities and conservatories, notably: Darbar Music Festival, Akbar Khan School of Music (Basel, Switzerland), MIT Fall Concert Series (Boston, USA) and Berkeley. She will be accompanied on the tabla by Shri. Shyam Kane. He is one of the foremost disciples of Ustad Zakir Hussain and has accompanied most of the leading artists in the field.

FREE LUNCH will be served to attendees before the concert from 12-1:30 PM

Entry is FREE for Purdue students and priced at $15 for general public (For a discounted price of $20, you can attend both concerts)
